The Identification tab of the main form contains demographic data for the primary debtor and where applicable the co-debtor (or co-applicant). There are data fields for the debtor’s debt account number, address, residence county, home and work phone numbers, gender, marital status, dates of birth, S.S. No., and driver’s license number. Primary and co-debtor information is entered separately.
Additional information including the name of the creditor, card type, address status and the date the account was placed also appears in the top section of the tab.
Key Account Data In the area above the tabs, the selected debtor’s name and most relevant information is always displayed no matter which data tab the user is currently looking at. This data includes the debtor name, account number, account open/closed status, statute of limitation data and balances. Note that if the account statute of limitation has passed, the date will be displayed in red as a warning that the account can no longer be contacted
Icon Indicators In order to alert the collector of useful or critical situations without the need to check each data tab, Debt Tracker has a set of icons that are displayed in the area between the key account data and the tabs when the account conditions meet certain criteria. These icons are the following:

The account is temporarily locked - no posting allowed

Debtor has retained an attorney.
