Letters
The top section of the Letters tab contains date fields that indicate when important letters such as the notification and demand letters were sent. 

Dates for late payment letter are also included. Debt Tracker maintains three built in late payment letters that are generally sent out in sequence. The user may edit the contents of these letters.

The bottom section of the tab contains fields related to payment agreements. When an agreement is made, the collector may compose a letter using pre-programmed verbiage that fills in most of the information automatically. The user may then add customized language and print the letter. The date of the agreement and the payment information is entered here.
