Training
Training is optional and offered as follows:

One day training session at our office (basic user operation): $250/person

One day training session (advanced management functions): $250/person

On-site training can be arranged for an additional expense.

Users will find that Debt Tracker’s highly intuitive interface, which makes heavy use of tool tips, has a short learning curve and is easily mastered by your collections and data entry staff. However, some operations, such as invoicing and data exchange require advanced training and some understanding of data processing.
